Delivery and collection options

Rayvensupplies provides free delivery on orders over 75 euros. If you order before 5pm today, your order will be delivered for free the next day. We deliver orders from Monday to Saturday until 17:00.

Yes, corona measures are taken into account. When you place an order, the delivery person puts the package in front of the door as soon as you open it and he or she signs for delivery. This way we limit contact with the customer.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your package in the store. You simply have to order your product online, after which you contact us that the order does not have to be shipped, but that it will be collected. You can also buy a product in cash, but you must make an appointment in advance due to corona measures.

Yes, it is also possible to pick up your order at a specified PostNL point. You must indicate this when you place your order. You can then pick up the order the next day at the PostNL point.

Delivery issues

Has your order been delayed? Our apologies! Check your Brace Specialist account to find out more information about your order. In general, delayed packages arrive the next day. Have you not received your order 3 days after your original delivery day? Please contact our customer service, they will do everything they can to get the order to you.

The delivery person will then deliver your package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, the delivery person will take your order to a PostNL collection point in your area. Do you already know in advance that you are not there? Then you can often choose a different time via PostNL.nl before the first delivery attempt. If this is not possible, choose to pick up the order at a PostNL point.

We will of course be happy to solve this for you! The easiest way is to send a photo of the damaged product to administration@rayvensupplies.nl . We will then look for a solution together with you. This can be a replacement product or your money back.

Pick up in store

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in our store. The best thing to do is simply order your product(s) online and pick it up immediately if it is in stock. If you are not able to pick up the order the same day, please let us know by phone that you will be coming the next day.

Yes, unfortunately we also have to apply the corona measures. This means that you have to put on a mouth cap in our store and keep 1,5 meters away from our employees. Nevertheless, our employees are happy to assist you in our store!

Delivery as partner of Rayvensupplies

When you place an order as a partner of Rayvensupplies, your designated account manager will arrange your order directly for you. This way, your order will be delivered to you as quickly as possible, so that you can treat your clients in a timely manner. When ordered on time, delivery can be made the same day if stock allows.

Also for partners of Rayvensupplies, the minimum amount of 75 euros must be exceeded if you want to be eligible for free delivery. Free delivery is calculated after redeeming a discount code.

Yes, when you have placed your order you will receive a message from PostNL. A track and track code of your order will be attached to this message, so that you can check the status of your order at all times. However, this code is only active when PostNL has received and processed the order.
